  • Print-on-Demand Manufacturing: Our products are manufactured specifically for your order using a print-on-demand process, meaning they cannot be resold to other customers
  • Quality Assurance: We maintain strict quality control standards to ensure every product meets our high standards before shipping
  • Hygiene and Safety: For health and safety reasons, personalized items cannot be returned once they have left our facility
  • Cost Management: This policy allows us to offer competitive pricing by eliminating the costs associated with processing returns and restocking

Quality Guarantee

While we do not accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a product that:

  • Contains errors in personalization that were our fault

We will work with you to resolve the issue. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we will investigate and provide an appropriate solution.

Order Cancellation

Due to our rapid production process, order cancellations are only possible within a very limited timeframe:

  • Immediate Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement if production has not yet begun
  • Production Status: Once your order enters production, it cannot be cancelled
  • Cancellation Process: To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@spaceages.com with your order number

Please note that cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on where your order is in our production queue.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping:

  • Lost Packages: We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package and provide updates
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately
  • Insurance Claims: We may file insurance claims with shipping carriers for lost or damaged packages
  • Replacement Policy: In cases of confirmed loss or damage during shipping, we may offer to reproduce your order at no additional cost

  • Products that were never delivered to the specified address

In these cases, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include reproducing your order or providing a refund at our discretion.
